TITAN AGENTS OPERATE FROM THEIR HOME-OFFICE
Agent commission-split are set as follows:
- First sale 75%
- Second and Third sale 80%
- Four or more transactions 90%
The sales count resets every year on January 1st at which time commission-split schedules reset. Commission payments are made once all the required documentation by all parties is signed in full and the transaction package is complete. Broker MUST have all the files in his possession or copies at all times. Titan agents meet their clients at their property, in public places such as restaurants, or at the property for sale. Agents should be able to use technology tools to accept and submit offers online including digital signatures among others.
